Throughout this 10-week online course, Chelsea will guide and support you in understanding, recognizing, and aligning your female energy centres. You will uncover how unconscious thoughts, beliefs, and biases influence your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being. This course offers you a sacred space for self-reflection, learning, and growth.

Course Highlights:

• Engage in embodied guided practices each week, utilizing The Fembodiment™ Method to clear and align each energy centre.
• Discover the power of crystals, colours, and affirmations to support the activation and balance of each female energy centre.
• Participate in online group sessions via Zoom.
• Enjoy a private 1-hour session with Chelsea between week 5 and 6 for personalized guidance, debriefing, and addressing any questions.
• Join our private Facebook group to connect with like-minded individuals, share your reflections (as much or as little as you prefer), and foster a sense of community.
• Receive a weekly email with self-reflection questions, class information, affirmations, and crystals to support your journey through each energy centre.

Course Outline:

Week 1 – Thursday January 11th

Opening the Circle, Exploring the 7 Major Female Energy Centres: Discover how they influence your thoughts, feelings, emotions, physical responses, and overall energy. Engage in self-assessment and personal discovery.

Week 2 – Thursday, January 18th

The Base Female Energy Centre: Dive deep into the realms of security, stability, grounding, survival instincts, financial well-being, and material needs.

Week 3 – Thursday, January 25th

The Sacral Female Energy Centre: Explore desires, appetites, addictions, creativity, relationships, karmic patterns, sexuality, sensuality, and the significance of community, family, and tribe.

Week 4 – Thursday February 1st

The Solar Plexus Female Energy Centre: Harness the power of empowerment, self-discipline, free will, self-esteem, inner strength, courage, agency, consent, and the freedom to occupy space in the world.

Week 5 – Thursday, February 8th

The Heart Female Energy Centre: Embrace the transformative energy of unconditional love, self-love, compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, nurturing, receiving, and intimacy.

Private 1 hour 1:1 session with Chelsea via Zoom to be arranged.

Week 6 - Thursday, February 15th

The Heart Female Energy Centre (Part 2): Deepen your connection to the heart centre, which serves as the bridge between the lower and upper energy centres. Revisit the themes of unconditional love, self-love, compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, nurturing, receiving, and intimacy.

Week 7 - Thursday, February 22nd

The Throat Female Energy Centre: Discover the power of speaking your truth, effective communication, alignment with your soul's purpose, self-expression, and creative expression.

Week 8 - Thursday, February 29th

The Third Eye Female Energy Centre: Unlock clarity, heightened awareness, deepened intuition, visualization abilities, spiritual insights, dream interpretation, clairvoyance, and the expansive gift of imagination.

Week 9 - Thursday, March 7th

The Crown Female Energy Centre: Awaken to union with your Higher Self, connection with the Divine Source, access to profound knowledge and wisdom, and expanded spiritual awareness.

Week 10 - Thursday, March 14th

Integration and Closing Circle: Bring together all the wisdom and experiences gained throughout the course, and explore your next steps on this transformative journey.
