About me

I am Chelsea Terry, and I believe in the power of women supporting other women to rediscover our authentic selves.

Through the process of reconnection, remembrance, and relearning.

I have witnessed the profound transformation that occurs within us, leading to healing and personal growth.

Growing up on the South Coast, NSW in Australia, I developed a deep love for nature and a sense of adventure that continues to shape my life every day. My passion for artistic creation was ignited, and I discovered the joy of painting, sculpting, and working with vibrant colours. Engaging in these creative endeavours has become a daily meditation for me and allows me to reconnect with my inner essence and express my true self.

My work revolves around collaborating with women, helping them realize that they embody their own greatest gift.

I firmly believe that passion and pleasure are inherent birthrights, and I am committed to empowering women to reclaim and embrace these essential aspects of their lives. To remember and reconnect with their Sacral Centre as the seat of their Feminine power and to understand this connection on a Somatic (of the body) level.

As a level 2 Facilitator in The Fembodiment™ Method, I am dedicated to using transformative embodied practices to guide women to cultivate their own erotic intelligence. Together, we can transcend societal teachings surrounding female anatomy, pleasure, and arousal, embracing a balanced integration of Masculine and Feminine energies. These energies have a profound influence on our lives and relationships, both with ourselves and others.

In addition to my passion for women’s empowerment, I have pursued various disciplines in my journey. I hold a Masters in Reiki and have received training in Advanced Crystal Therapy, Angel Intuition, Women’s Circles, Connected Touch, Chakra and An Mo Massage. Drawing upon this diverse skill set, I approach my work holistically, fostering personal and professional growth for myself and those I support. It is my unwavering commitment to continuous development that led me to become a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

My dedication to empowering women extends beyond the realms of coaching and transformative practices. I am a Sacral Somatics Therapist and Integrated Womb Hara Massage Practitioner, combining my skills as a bodyworker and energy worker to facilitate healing and alignment. Through shamanic practices and crystal healing energy, I create a space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their Sacral centre, their vulvas, and their inner source of power.

Whether through online or in-person sessions, my aim is to ensure accessibility for all women seeking support on their journey. I warmly invite you to schedule a complimentary 30-minute clarity call, where we can explore if embarking on a self- discovery and self-healing journey together is the right next step for you.
